This is the service of 3D Saving designed for customers that require immediate action, able to allow the resumption of production process in the shortest possible time. The speed in the provision of the requested article, tailored, is guaranteed by the use of the latest additive printing technologies, which allow to satisfy every kind of need thanks to the many materials that can be used.
ANNUAL CARE
Saving interprets the proverb "prevention is better than cure" with the service called "Annual Care": it consists of a week during the which our technicians control the efficiency of production lines, ensuring their safety by verifying the quality of the products and by monitoring the wear of mechanical parts mounted on the implant. The Preventive replacement, which derives from the controls made, prevents therefore breaking during the subsequent production cycles.
HYGGE
Imagine hundreds of files already in the STL format, easy to fit and ready to be created from your 3D printer at a flow rate of just a few clicks. Once logged in, you can buy our 3D models by surfing comfortably between the categories of available pieces.
FORKLIFT
This is the conversion into STL file of all the pieces that compose a production line, with the goal to install a printing device for additive manufacturing near each installation. The extraordinary result is to have "Spare Parts" that maintain the production active, allowing the continuity and, in the meantime, printig a more resistant and precise piece in our establishment.
3D SAVING
3D Saving is a startup born from the ideas of a little group of students of IIS Marconi in Dalmine. The company, partecipant in the competition, Junior Achievement, it takes care of designing, prototyping, production and installation of mechanical pieces, on demand. Our Services' goal is to guarantee speed in the replacement of the mechanical parts thanks to the 3D printing technology.
